1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyJob Agents web application and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LetsMes Co., Ltd and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, you must have reached that age to use the Service.

3. Description of Service

MyJob Agents is an AI-powered job-search assistant designed to help users manage applications, tailor CVs, generate cover letters, and review job opportunities. The Service may interact with third-party job platforms and use AI models to assist with your workflow.

4. Account, Acceptable Use, and Suspension

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, infrastructure, security controls, or rate limits;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass restrictions without permission;
• submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;
• misuse third-party job platforms or violate their applicable terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk, failed to pay fees, or used the Service in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or platform policies.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through the Service, including CVs, cover letters, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant MyJob Agents a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service and the features you request.

We will not use your content beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate and support the Service, except where required by law or where you explicitly ask us to transmit it to a third-party job platform as part of an application workflow.

6. AI Output, Accuracy, and Application Autofill

The Service may generate CVs, cover letters, and other materials using AI. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and customizing any AI-generated content before using it for a job application or other purpose. We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or the suitability, legality, or accuracy of any AI-generated result.

The Application Autofill or Assisted Apply feature may help populate a job application form using data you provide and the information available on a supported job application page. You remain responsible for reviewing the information before you submit the final application. We do not automatically submit applications on your behalf unless a separate product feature explicitly says that it does.

7. Plans, Trial, and Billing

MyJob Agents may offer free and paid plans. Free plans may have usage limits, feature restrictions, or trial access conditions. We may offer a free trial for certain paid features and require a valid payment method before the trial converts to a paid subscription unless otherwise stated.

Online Transaction Process:
(1) Customer accesses the Pricing page and selects their preferred subscription plan (Pro/Premium);
(2) The system presents an order summary for review of tier features, billing interval, and total price;
(3) Customer selects their payment method and is securely redirected to our international payment gateway Dodo Payments (acting as Merchant of Record) to complete checkout;
(4) Upon successful payment confirmation, the account and credits are activated immediately, and an email transaction receipt is dispatched to the Customer.

If you enroll in a paid subscription, all subscription transactions are processed securely through our international payment gateway Dodo Payments (acting as Merchant of Record). We will bill your payment method on the schedule disclosed at checkout or in the relevant plan details. Billing may recur monthly or otherwise, depending on the selected plan. Unless canceled before the end of your trial period or subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged to your payment method.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Processing Timeline:
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through the "Billing & Usage" page in your account settings. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases, provided that no credits have been used, spent, or consumed, and no autonomous agent workflows have been executed since the purchase. If any portion of the credit bucket has been utilized within these seven days, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline: Upon receiving a valid refund request via email (support@myjobagents.com) or hotline (0817088856, operating hours: 08:30 - 17:30 GMT+7, Monday to Friday), we will verify credit consumption and issue the refund through Dodo Payments within 5 to 7 business days (the actual time for funds to reflect depends on your card-issuing bank). Unused credits from a canceled subscription cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative monetary value. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees, taxes, and plan terms may change at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Applicable consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights, may still apply.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Service may integrate with third-party job boards, employers, or international payment processor Dodo Payments. Your use of those external services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their operations, availability, privacy practices, or business decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to LetsMes Co., Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but we may process and store it as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or guarantee specific employment outcomes, application success, or the accuracy of AI-generated materials.

11. Liability and Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of data, lost income, or lost employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to MyJob Agents in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, those mandatory protections may apply in addition to these Terms.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@myjobagents.com (intake 24/7) or via hotline 0817088856 (business hours: 08:30 - 17:30 GMT+7, Monday to Friday) so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Where required by applicable law, you may also pursue remedies available in your jurisdiction.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, sharing, and protection of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy available at myjobagents.com/privacy.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the change is material, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
